Appointments will not be approved until proof of Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella from a Veterinarian is submitted with our system or by email to collarpetgrooming@gmail.com. Not all requested appointments will be approved and are subject to change depending on pets needed services. We have a limited number of appointments per day for large breeds,double coats and curly coats. Deposits are required for new clients or clients who have missed previous appointments without a 24 hour notice-deposits are applied to the service cost. Deposits will be refundable if 24-hour notice is given minus a $2.00 processing fee. Our system will send a confimation text once appointment is approved. You will receive a reminder text 48-hours prior to your appointment and we must have confirmation within 24-hours or it will be canceled. We reserve the right of refusal for any services.
