You MUST confirm your appointment with our system the night before. If you cannot come giving us early notice is the best chance to fill the appointment.

Pricing is subject to change depending on many factors with your pup's coat type/condition, attitude, size, and frequency of grooming.

We require deposits for new clients to hold your grooming appointment, and this amount will be applied to the final groom price. The deposit will be non-refundable if you do not give 24 hr notice or you do not show up for your appointment.

Please be patient with scheduling when booking large and long-haired breeds. Those appointments take time. Allow 2-4 hours at least. Afternoon appointments are generally reserved for large and long-haired breeds.

Would you please let us know in your request if your dog has any health issues, anxiety, aggression, or is senior?

Giving this information will help us in deciding if your requested time and day is the best fit for your dog as well as the available groomer.

Your pup must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella, and we must have a record before the appointment. Please enter your vet's information with your pups information or text photo proof to 913-286-8097.

We take puppies for intros to grooming without other dogs present without their completed vaccines. These appointments have to be specially scheduled to keep your puppy safe!

Please be flexible when making a request and plan to stay with your puppy for the first intro.
