General Agreement: By scheduling an appointment with Eastern Sierra Grooming Co., you agree to the terms and policies outlined in this document. 2. Vaccination Requirements: For the safety of all pets and staff, all dogs must have current proof of the following vaccinations: - Rabies - Bordetella - Distemper-Parvo (DHPP/DAPP) 3. Appointment Policies: We strive to respect your time and provide high-quality service. In return, we ask that clients honor their scheduled appointments. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in shortened services or the need to reschedule. Cancellations & No-Shows: No-Shows or Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a variable cancellation fee. The fee amount is determined based on grooming duration, services booked, and scheduling impact. 4. Pet Behavior & Safety: For the safety of all pets and staff, we reserve the right to stop or alter services if a dog exhibits aggressive or dangerous behavior. 5. Health & Medical Concerns: Owners must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or sensitivities. We are not liable for complications arising from undisclosed health issues. 6. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort, Eastern Sierra Grooming Co. is not responsible for unforeseen medical issues that arise during or after grooming. 7. Agreement: By leaving your dog in our care, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service
