Appointments & Timing • A $25 booking fee is required and applied to your total • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules • Grooming can take 2–4 hours depending on your pet’s needs • Please be patient—your pet deserves a safe, stress-free experience Before Your Appointment • Please do NOT feed your pet right before grooming • Inform me of any aggression, health issues, or special needs • Let me know if you’re traveling from out of town Vaccination Requirements Proof of Rabies vaccination is required for all pets. Health & Safety Your pet’s safety and comfort are my priority. Grooming can sometimes be stressful, especially for senior pets or pets with medical conditions. I will always work in a gentle, safe manner. • Please disclose any conditions (matting, skin issues, seizures, etc.) • Aggressive pets may require a muzzle for safety • I reserve the right to refuse or stop services if necessary Matting Policy Severely matted coats may require shaving for your pet’s safety. Dematting can cause discomfort and skin irritation, so I prioritize humane grooming. Fleas & Ticks If fleas or ticks are found, your pet will be treated for an additional fee. Pick-Up Policy Pets must be picked up within 1 hour of completion. Late pickups may result in a fee. Liability Agreement By booking, you agree that Diva Do’s Pet Salon is not responsible for injuries, pre-existing conditions, or unforeseen reactions during grooming. You also authorize veterinary care if needed, at the owner’s expense. Photos Photos of your pet may be taken and used for promotional purposes
