For new customers, we will be asking to see current proof of rabies vaccination for your pet upon appointment so please be sure to have this available upon arrival. Due to a large amount of last minute cancellations and no-shows, clients will be asked to provide a booking fee (this fee does go towards the service). If a client no-shows or cancels within 24 hours of the appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.
