Please Read Before Booking When you submit an appointment request online, the requested date and time are not guaranteed until approved by our team. We may adjust your requested date or time based on your pet’s breed, size, coat, and grooming needs. Grooming times vary by pet. We do not rush appointments because your pet’s comfort, safety, and the quality of their groom come first. If you need a rushed service, we recommend a mobile groomer. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. Online cancellations are still subject to this fee.
