Please note: that we ask for at least a 90 minute arrival time. This helps give us the time to properly clean, and handle any unexpected issues that do arise in grooming. If your appointment is at 11:30 we have until 1pm to arrive. We will text when on the way. Also we do not accept pets with fleas or ticks at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience! Being mobile we just can’t take the chance of spreading fleas and ticks to our other clients. We do not allow customers on the rig due to it being liability. You will pay a deposit and that will be applied to your total balance or used for a cancellation fee if you do not cancel 72hrs before your appointment day. If on our end we need to reschedule we will move you to another day, but if you choose to cancel instead you will forfeit your deposit.
