A small service fee applies to ALL card transactions. Policies and Procedures: Cancellation/No Show Policy/Missed Appointment: All cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. Any late cancelations or missed appointments will result in a $10 or 25% of the total bill for each pet for the first offense before you can schedule another appointment. For a second offense, you will be charged 50% of the total bill of each pet before you can schedule another appointment. The third offense, you will no longer be able to schedule appointments. Emergencies: Although accidents are infrequent, there is a risk when dealing with animals. Grooming equipment is sharp, and although I use extreme caution and care in all situations, possible problems could occur, including cuts, nicks, scratches, quaking of nails, etc. Incidents can happen when an animal is wiggling or moving around in most cases. Your pet's safety and comfort are my number one priority. In an emergency, I authorize this establishment to immediately seek professional veterinarian attention for my pet (at my expense). I understand that all attempts will be made to contact me in an emergency. I will not hold this establishment responsible for my pet's pre-existing health problems. Coat Condition: I understand that this establishment puts my pet's comfort above all else. If my pet's coat is matted, the groomer may have to shave mats out rather than perform a painful de-matting procedure. I also understand that if my pet is severely matted, there is an increased risk of clipper burn or injury. I know that all the attempts will be made to prevent this. However, in many extreme conditions, it is unavoidable. I also understand that matted pets take additional time to groom, so an additional fee will be added to the regular grooming price if my pet's coat is matted. Flea/Ticks: I understand that if, during the grooming process, it is discovered that my pet has any external parasites such as fleas and ticks. You will be required to come to pick up your pet immediately. Grooming may be rescheduled once fleas, ticks/external parasites are terminated. If your pet has to be picked up because it was discovered they have fleas, ticks, or external parasites, there will be a 25% fee due at pick up. Health: I understand that grooming can be stressful for some pets, and I will inform the groomer if my pet has any heart conditions or any stress-related issues before grooming. Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is essential. If you are unhappy with your groom, contact me within 48 hours, and I will schedule a time for you to come back for an adjustment at the next available time at no cost. Late Drop Off: If you are over 10 MINUTES late, you must reschedule; a missed appointment fee will be due before rescheduling. If the schedule allows for your pet's appointment at the time of arrival, a $25 late fee will be added to the total bill. Late Pick Up: If you are unable to pick your pet up within 60 minutes of the time they are marked ready, you are subjected to a $25 late pick-up fee All up-to-date vaccination records must be submitted before the day of the appointment.
