The appointment arrival time is an APPROXIMATE arrival time. We ask that all clients give us a ONE HOUR grace period for arrival. Please understand that sometimes with traffic, anxious dogs, unexpected matted dogs etc., we may be running behind. We will always notify our clients if we are running behind schedule.

This is an appointment REQUEST only. Please TEXT 860.919.3336 for REAL TIME earliest availability! This page does NOT show current availability. The booking fee is $50 per household - not per pup. The booking fee and grooming fee are separate charges. The booking fee covers travel expenses, including drive time, gas, and the convenience of not having to visit a grooming salon twice. Please note that the booking fee is not deducted from the grooming fee. It is an additional charge on top of the grooming fee.
