The appointment arrival time is an APPROXIMATE arrival time. We ask that all clients give us a ONE HOUR grace period for arrival. Please understand that sometimes with traffic, anxious dogs, unexpected matted dogs etc., we may be running behind. We will always notify our clients if we are running behind schedule.

We have availability for grooming appointments BEFORE Christmas with our amazing team! However, Christina is fully booked until after the holiday. This is an appointment REQUEST only. Please text 860.919.3336 for earliest availability! The booking fee is $50 per household (not per pup). We do require the booking fee upfront as a non refundable deposit to book the appointment. The booking fee and grooming fee are two separate charges. The booking fee covers the travel expenses (drive time, gas and convenience of not having to drive to the grooming salon twice.)
