Additional fees may apply for matting, excessive undercoat, flea treatment, or special handling. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if it is unsafe for your pet or our groomer. Our cancellation and no-show policy applies to all confirmed appointments. If you will not be home during your appointment, our optional Latch Key Service is available.
