To ensure the safety and comfort of your pet and provide the best grooming experience possible, please review the following before your appointment: Health & Behavior: Let us know if your pet has any medical conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or behavioral concerns such as anxiety or aggression. Matted Fur: If your pet is matted, we may need to shave their coat for their safety and comfort. Extra time and care may result in additional charges. Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Please bring proof if we don’t already have it on file. Minor Risks: While we do our best to keep your pet safe and comfortable, grooming tools and procedures may occasionally cause mild skin irritation, small nicks, or allergic reactions—especially in sensitive pets. Emergency Situations: In rare cases, if your pet experiences a medical emergency, we will try to contact you immediately. If needed, we may take your pet to the nearest vet at your expense.
