Please note: We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time based on availability. Please choose a day and time you have flexibility as actual arrival times can vary based on many factors (traffic, service delays and cancellations). We will text or email you to confirm what service(s) you’d like for us to provide for your pet, and answer any questions you may have prior to confirming your appointment. No appointment request is final until we confirm it with you via text or email. If you do not hear from us within 2 business days, you may text us at (833) 515-2511 or call us at (407) 907-4079. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. Pets who go more than 6-weeks between appointments will be subject to an additional $20 fee in order to account for extra bathing/grooming time. Last-minute cancellations and No-Shows will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per pet scheduled. We look forward to visiting you soon!
