Thannk you for choosing The Barktique Grooming Boutique mobile grooming services. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and stress-free grooming experience for your pet. You, the pet owner, agree to the following terms and conditions: Health and Safety: You affirm that your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and is in suitable health for grooming. Any known medical or behavioral issues must be disclosed prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is aggressive, overly stressed, or presents a danger to itself or the groomer. Matted Coats and Shaving: Severely matted coats may require shaving for the health and comfort of your pet. This process can reveal underlying skin conditions. The Barktique is not responsible for skin irritation or injuries due to mat removal. Accidents and Emergencies: While all care is taken, grooming equipment can cause injury if your pet moves unexpectedly. In the rare case of an accident or emergency, we will seek immediate veterinary care at the owner's expense. Parasites: If fleas or ticks are found, your pet will be treated at your expense, and additional charges may apply. Cancellations & No-Shows: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full. Satisfaction and Complaints: If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will attempt to resolve the issue, but refunds are not guaranteed. Environment: Mobile grooming is done in a self-contained unit. Please ensure there is safe, legal parking near your home at the time of the appointment. Sanitation and equipment: All equipmet is sanitized between appointments. Our mobile unit is equipped with fresh water and is cleaned regularly for your pet's health and safety. Weather and Access: Appointments may be rescheduled due to extreme weatehr or if we are unable to safely access your location. Consent: By handing over your pet, you consent to the services provided and agree to this disclaimer and our full terms of service.
