Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances- the pet is fit and healthy. Any health issues need to be made clear at time of appointment. Grooming which takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner’s risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health and or skin conditions or which Purr-fectly superior grooming cannot be held liable. The pets rabies vaccine is up to date as required by law unless otherwise discussed. In the event of an emergency, in your absence you authorize Purr-fectly superior grooming to contact the nearest veterinary clinic and authorize the vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense. Payment is to be made at time of service. Payment not made within 24 hours will be assessed a $25 late fee. Nail cutting and ear cleaning are standard part of the service and we make every attempt unless the process is too stressful or dangerous for the dog or groomer. We only offer anal gland expression on request. De matting or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pets appearance. This procedure can expose pre-existing skin conditions for which Purr-fectly superior grooming cannot be held liable. This can and may include redness, irritation, bruising, etc. This is a natural reaction to the process of de matting. Cancellations require 48 hours notice or a $25 fee will be assessed. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need.
