Requested days and times are not guaranteed but we will work with you to find the best available date and time if requested date is unavailable. All dogs must be current on all vaccinations no less than 48 hours before appointment. Proof of current up to date vaccinations will be required for all dogs. Bordetella is Not required, but Rabies, Parvo & Distemper are required! Exact arrival times are not guaranteed, please allow up to a 60 minute window (before or after) for arrival within your appointment time. We will always send an automated call and text when we are on our way. We require 5 things of ALL customers... 1) Agree & Sign our Terms of Service & Disclosure Statement. 2) A valid credit card must be saved on file for all customer booking. (A $50 non-refundable deposit may be required for 1st appointment) 3) A current picture of each dog you list. 4) Picture of vaccination records on Vet Letterhead. 5) Confirm your appointment no less than 24hrs before appointment or risk losing your appointment and any deposit on file. You will receive a confirmation request 72hrs & 48hrs beforehand and if you fail to confirm 24 hrs before your appointment, you may have your appointment cancelled and risk loosing your deposit.
