🐾 Before Booking Please review the following before scheduling your appointment: • Grooming prices may vary based on coat condition, size, breed, behavior, and time required. • Severe matting may require a shorter haircut for your pup’s comfort and safety. • All dogs must arrive in good health. If I encounter conditions that I reasonably believe indicate severe neglect, abuse, or an immediate concern for the animal’s health or safety, I reserve the right to contact the appropriate authorities or animal welfare organization. My priority is always the health, safety, and well-being of the pet. • Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, behavioral concerns, or previous grooming sensitivities when booking. • Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in the groom being modified or stopped for the safety of your pet and the groomer. • Fleas or other parasites must be disclosed prior to the appointment. Additional fees may apply. • Appointments are reserved specifically for your pet. Please review the cancellation, rescheduling, and late-arrival policies before booking.
