Card on file is a requirement. You must cancel 24 hours in advance of your upcoming appointment otherwise you will be automatically charged "half groom cost”. No-shows will be charged a "half groom cost" for the first occurrence and any second occurrence will result in a "full groom charge" and prepayment for any future appointments.
