We take the last Groom appointment at 11am, our last bath appointment is at 3pm.

Any scheduled appointment can be altered or removed up to 48 hours prior to appointment. After 48 hours it is a $60 cancelation fee to cover appointment slot and if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of appointment time it is then a charge for all services and taxes requested for that appointment day in order to cover the spot taken that cannot be filled within the time frame required to ensure business flow.
