Good afternoon valued customers due to excessive no-shows, we will be implementing our no-show fees per your contract. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in a 50% value of the grooming charge. Please remember we are not a daycare. We strive to keep our shop a calm environment for your Pooch, please pick them up in a timely manner. (15-30min) failure to pick up your dog within 30 minutes will result In a daycare fee of 25.00 + an individual 15.00 for every 30 min thereafter. Please keep in mind if you schedule online and a different time or day comes up, this is due to a double booking. That appointment is not available. The next available appointment will be texted to you. REMINDER: We require 48 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Please remember we DO NOT have a late grace period, if you are late we may have to reschedule you.
